What is not affected

This applies only to large scale AI training and dataset collection. The following stay fully open and whitelisted:

Search engines such as Google and Bing, so AVALW stays indexed and discoverable
User facing AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI and Gemini, when a person asks a question and the assistant fetches a page to answer that person
Real readers and social sharing, including link previews

In short, if a human is being served, you are welcome. A license is required only when our content is collected in bulk to train or build AI models.
