The sandwich chain Jersey Mike's is set to debut on the New York Stock Exchange, a move that takes the company from the deli counter to Wall Street, according to Eyewitness News ABC7.
The stock market debut is scheduled to take place the following day, marking the company's arrival as a publicly traded business.
The listing comes 18 months after private owners took over the company.
Jersey Mike's is now valued at $8 billion, according to the report.
That valuation makes it one of the biggest restaurant IPOs in America in years.
The chain currently has 3,300 locations across the country, with plans to expand to 15,000 locations around the world.
