A recall alert has been issued in the United States for more than 1,400 infant nursing pillows that were sold on Amazon. The Consumer Product Safety Commission flagged the products over safety concerns, urging parents and caregivers to stop using them and take steps to remove the items from their homes.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the nursing pillows made by Little Grape Land can obstruct breathing and pose a serious risk of injury or death. That warning places the recall in the category of products considered especially dangerous for infants, who are most vulnerable to anything that can block their airways.
The items at the center of the recall are U-shaped nursing pillows. According to the recall information, the pillows were made in China before being distributed to consumers in the United States through the online marketplace, where they were marketed for use with infants.
The pillows were sold from August 2025 through this April on Amazon, the period during which the recalled units reached buyers. That timeline covers several months of sales, which helps explain why the recall involves more than 1,400 of the products now subject to the safety notice.
Officials noted that no injuries have been reported in connection with the recalled nursing pillows. Even so, the recall was issued as a precaution given the potential severity of the hazard, with authorities and the company moving to pull the products before any harm occurs.
For consumers who bought the pillows, the company says a full refund is available, but the process requires destroying the product first. To receive the refund, buyers are instructed to cut the pillow in half and send a photo of the destroyed item as proof that it can no longer be used.
