A police officer has been indicted in the deadly shooting of a man in Aurora, Colorado, according to Eyewitness News ABC7NY.
Matthew Neely is now facing murder and manslaughter charges, the station reported.
Neely is accused of shooting Rajon Belt Stubblefield after a traffic stop last August, according to Eyewitness News ABC7NY.
The indictment says Neely tackled Belt Stubblefield after he did not comply with commands, the station reported.
There was no word from Officer Neely, according to Eyewitness News ABC7NY.
Neely, now indicted, is on unpaid leave, the station reported.
