The FedEx hub in Montgomery is raising concerns across county lines after neighbors said their driver left dozens of packages piled up at a community mailbox and never delivered a child's seizure medication, according to News 12.
One resident said it looked like Christmas morning, with probably around 30 packages there, the station reported. But the packages were left dumped in a pile for residents at Kinnebrook Estates in Monticello to sift through themselves at their mailbox area, blocks away from people's homes.
Residents said the deliveries came out of FedEx's Montgomery hub last month, and that this was not the first delivery gone wrong, according to News 12.
A neighborhood mother told the station that FedEx never delivered her 12-year-old daughter's seizure medication a few days earlier.
The mother shared video of her daughter not feeling well while they waited for an emergency replacement, saying the child ended up getting sick, according to News 12.
The manager said they had reported their concerns to FedEx, the station reported, while residents said they just want their packages delivered on time and to the right place.
News 12 said it reached out to FedEx several times about the incidents but had not heard back, and that it would keep following the story.
