A knife attack at a local post office ended with an arrest that was caught on camera. Police body camera video shows the moment officers took into custody a man who allegedly stabbed a post office worker in Putnam County.
The attack unfolded in the middle of the afternoon. It happened just before 3 p.m. yesterday.
