Police in southeast Houston are continuing to search for five masked suspects who ambushed and shot a man as he sat in his garage. The attack left the victim gravely wounded, and investigators say he remains in critical condition as the manhunt for those responsible goes on.

According to investigators, the violence began when five men ambushed the victim and his girlfriend, who were sitting and drinking in his garage at the time.
