A man accused of attacking another person with a baseball bat on Seattle's Capitol Hill is now facing a criminal charge. The case moved forward in court, drawing attention to a violent confrontation in the busy neighborhood.
The suspect, identified as thirty-nine-year-old Hunter Hancock, was charged with second-degree assault in King County Superior Court. He appeared before the court as the case against him was formally advanced.
