Rubik Hub has announced the new cohort of its MVP Accelerator, bringing together 20 startups from Romania and Italy selected from more than 100 applications.

The Rubik Hub MVP Accelerator helps startups with functional MVPs reach their first customers, based on the premise that an early-stage startup should attract customers first, and capital next.

The twenty selected startups develop solutions in verticals such as AI, FinTech, EdTech, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Mobility, and E-commerce. Most of them run a B2B or B2G business model.

Nucleo Ventures is the strategic investment partner of this equity-free and fee-free program. Nucleo Ventures is willing to invest €150,000 in the startup with the highest potential that aligns with its investment thesis and criteria.

AISafe Labs (Romania) - AISafe Labs is an AI-powered cybersecurity platform that has developed a unique methodology and knowledge base that allows its Cyber Agents to assess the security of IT systems and applications with the exact same expertise, but at machine speed and at scale. AISafe Labs is also the winner of the How to Web 2026 Spotlight competition.

Aria Knows (Romania) - Your entire business, digitalized with a single intelligence. Aria takes fragmented information from across your company, understands it, and turns it into one clear decision or action.

ClassMap (Romania) - ClassMap helps teachers and schools see every student beyond grades by turning everyday teacher observations into a continuous picture of each student's strengths, needs, and progress, enabling more informed, personalized support.

CO2 Angels (Romania) - CO2 Angels turns satellites into decisions that pay, by helping farmers better decide when and where to act.

Cosmio (Romania) - Cosmio provides real-time accounting for service-based Romanian SMEs. They offer daily visibility into their financial situation and highly responsive expert accountants who consult them on fiscal and accounting issues.

CovenorOS (Romania) - CovenorOS is the AI-assisted operating system for nonprofits: finance, donors, compliance, projects and board reporting in one connected platform, so small and mid-sized NGOs can stop juggling 3+ tools and spend their time on their mission.

Defensive Pedal (Romania) - Defensive Pedal is the Google Maps for safe cycling. They score every road segment in a city for cycling injury risk, using 100+ street-level factors. That score is the product. Everything else is a way of delivering it.

Denki (Romania) - Denki sets up your energy community, registers it with ANRE and runs it for you: legal setup, kWh sharing, member billing and a free member app, in one service. You don't need lawyers, a supply licence or spreadsheets.

EZ Future (Romania) - EZ Future automates the manual work between the systems an SME already runs, building on top of their existing ERP, email and spreadsheets instead of replacing them, at a fixed price agreed before the work starts.

Flowlee (Italy) - Flowlee turns conversations and updates across your tools into a live project plan built around your team’s real capacity.

GeoFlux.ai (Romania) - GEOflux helps you become the brand AI recommends. It provides rank tracking rebuilt for AI answers: it shows brands and agencies their Share of Voice across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, which sources drive those recommendations, and exactly what to fix.

Loki (Italy) - LOKI monitors roads and territory with AI: it assesses pavement condition, maps road signs and assets, and integrates satellite data on heat islands and ground subsidence. All of this comes together in a Living Digital Twin that stays up to date at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions.

MinervaS (Italy) - enaide® by MinervaS is a patented AI co-pilot that cuts fuel use and emissions by up to 30% on any vehicle, optimizing speed, acceleration and routing in real time.

Mouseion (Italy) - Mouseion transforms existing museum knowledge into interactive, personalized visitor experiences in just a few hours, without requiring technical skills or expensive infrastructure, through our AI-powered no-code platform.

Recycllux (Romania) - Recycllux is the missing operating layer for coastal pollution management: they turn Earth Observation and field data into prioritised interventions, coordinated local response and auditable results.

Strongbytes (Romania) - Aegis AI Evals is a product by Strongbytes that helps companies build and operate reliable LLM-based applications and AI agents by combining granular, explainable AI evaluations with production observability. Unlike solutions focused primarily on evaluating final outputs, Aegis also evaluates how AI systems operate end-to-end, including agent behavior, decisions, tool interactions, and multi-step workflows. This helps teams identify root causes of failures, detect regressions, and continuously improve AI quality and reliability.

Synphonya (Italy) - Synphonya is the open, vendor-neutral digital twin of optical networks: one end-to-end view across all vendors, to simulate every decision before touching the real network. Built on open standards and ready for AI agents.

Ustyle (Italy) - Ustyle is the visual layer for e-commerce. They turn a store's existing product photos into endless catalogue-exact, shoppable combinations, so shoppers buy the whole set instead of one item.

VoltVert - (Romania) - VoltVert turns a renewable energy reading into a settleable financial claim at the moment it’s produced, binding a signed measurement to a registry-backed certificate and a bank-grade payment in one chain of custody, instead of a monthly paper claim reconciled by hand weeks later.

Washtrack (Romania) - Washtrack turns every licence plate into a customer record — giving car wash owners the retention data, real-time alerts and automatic access control their business has never had, with nothing for the driver to download, scan or sign up for.

About the program

Running from October 20 to December 16, 2026, the Rubik Hub MVP Accelerator combines online activities with key in-person experiences in Bucharest. The program will bring the cohort together for the Founders Bootcamp on November 9–10, offering participants the chance to connect with the Rubik Hub team and meet some of their mentors. The journey will culminate in a Demo Day in December, when founders will present their progress to investors, potential customers, and mentors.

With a focus on startups that already have a functional MVP, this edition aims to help founders turn their products into viable businesses by strengthening their go-to-market (GTM) and sales strategies.

Throughout the program, participants will explore essential topics such as customer discovery and product validation, defining their ideal customer profile, assessing market demand, and refining their product positioning and value proposition. They will also work on building effective sales pipelines, developing customer outreach strategies, setting pricing, and improving their pitch decks and public speaking skills.

The curriculum also prepares founders for their next growth phase and a potential pre-seed funding round. A key highlight of the accelerator is the opportunity to receive direct feedback from potential customers. These sessions allow founders to gain a clearer understanding of market needs, validate their solutions, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

To support their progress, participants will take part in practical workshops and personalized one-to-one mentoring sessions with sales experts, industry specialists, investors, and experienced startup founders who have faced similar challenges. More than 55 mentors are contributing their time and expertise to the program on a pro bono basis.
