A resume about my creativity
I was invited to take part in a short interview about the services we offer at Urbis Blumen Floral design and landscape architecture sudio and who our target audience is, as part of joining an international community of entrepreneurs.
The answers regarding the interview highlight my studio’s dual presence in Bucharest, Romania and Münster - Düsseldorf - Rattingen located in Germany, creating eco-conscious and structural floral design philosophy, and with my distinct background transitioning from legal counseling to floral artistry.
1. Which clients and countries do you currently serve? Which services can you offer remotely, and which require you to be there in person?
Clients & Countries Served:
At Urbis Blumen, we serve corporate clients, event organizers, medical academies and symposiums, spa and wellness centers, and private clients (balcony and urban garden owners). We currently operate and deliver services in Romania (primarily Bucharest) and Germany (focusing on the Münster and Düsseldorf regions, alongside international pop-up projects across Europe).
Services Offered Remotely:
- Spatial & Landscape Design Concepts: Concept creation, technical layout drafting and plant selection consultations for compact urban spaces (terraces, balconies, and micro-gardens).
- Creative Direction & Event Decor Planning: Structural design consultations, venue integration plans, and color palette strategy for corporate events, international trade fairs, and symposiums.
- Digital Workshops & Guidance: Educational plant care guides and virtual floral design consultations.
Services Requiring On-Site Presence:
- On-Site Floral Installations: Setting up custom, foam-free floral structures, and live event decor (e.g., symposium floral structures, ikebana style, stage installations).

- In-Person Interactive Workshops: Hands-on creative floral design, seasonal wreath-making, and Eco-conscious botanical craft workshops for children and adults.Seasonal workshops hosted at hotel restaurants with gardens or cafe venues.
2. Could you share a specific example of a result you’ve helped a client achieve?
International Medical & Business Symposium decor (Women in Motion, 5-6 september 2026 Düsseldorf, Germany, organizer LIMA - LUZ INNOVATIONS MEDICAL ACADEMY ):
- The Challenge: An international symposium held at Classic Remise in Düsseldorf required an impactful, high-elegance floral aesthetic (2 floral structures the first one was a purple mini-floral centerpiece made of purple woody slices, dried grasses, beech nuts pods anf floral tubes on the sides featuring purple Carnations and Campanulla for the speakers table and a rectangular wooden floral structure with woody seed pods and glass flower tubes, featuring burgundy elderberries, purple hydrangeas and magenta Gerberas ) that reflected their brand identity while respecting strict sustainability standards.
- The Solution: Urbis Blumen designed and created a handmade, reusable structural floral arrangement. By using natural supporting materials, reusable glass test-tube mechanics and sourcing specialty cut flowers (such as Gerberas, Hydrangeas, Carnations from local growers) instead of single-use floral foam or plastic, we seamlessly executed the complex color palette without generating non-recyclable waste.
- The Result: The installation served as the focal branding backdrop for the two-day event, significantly enhancing attendee engagement, elevating speaker photography, and meeting all corporate sustainability targets.
3. What are you hoping to find in our comunity, and how do you see yourself contributing to this community?
What I am hoping to find:
I am looking to connect with a visionary network of entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators who share a passion for sustainable design, artistic expression, and meaningful business growth. I seek collaborative opportunities, fresh perspectives on scaling creative businesses internationally across Romania and Germany,UK, Belgium and an inspiring environment to exchange high-level ideas.
How I see myself contributing:
- A Fusion of Legal Rigor and Creative Vision: Bringing a unique perspective gained from six years as a legal counselor combined with my current work as the creative artist & founder of Urbis Blumen Floral studio & Landscape design.
- Sustainable Design Expertise: Sharing insights on eco-conscious design mechanics, sustainable sourcing, and integrating biophilic/floral art into corporate, urban, and event environments without relying on single-use plastics or traditional floral foam.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Offering a active bridge between the Romanian and German creative ecosystems to foster international joint ventures, workshops, and community-driven art projects.
